I want you to be completely happy with your new friend! Please review my policy regarding returns and refunds:
- Custom & Made-to-Order Items: Because each amigurumi is handmade to order, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- Conditions for Returns: In the event of a return being approved, the item must be in its original, unused condition and sent back in its original packaging.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Once the crafting process has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
